Donna’s ability to top the rankings, yet maintain a calm and professional composure, led her to being named the Huntington Branch Manager in 2014, guiding over 100 agents, and leading the office to the #1 ranking for all offices in Huntington Township, and in the top 1% of all offices in Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, and Queens. With her keen analytical sense, motivational skills, and new business vision Donna transitioned to the Director of Creative Development at her former brokerage.
Donna now joins equally accomplished real estate professional and industry veteran Maria Lanzisero as a partner in the powerful Maria and Donna Team at Compass. Together, they are taking advantage of Compass’ exceptional technology, innovation, and vast national network.
Donna started her career on Wall Street as a Corporate Officer at JP Morgan. Her in-depth knowledge of financial markets was put to use as a Research Analyst in Emerging Markets. Once she started a family, she transitioned to
Long Island, where she was a Controller and Human Resources Manager, using her strong communication skills.
Donna uses this combined skillset to earn her real estate clients' trust and to understand their needs and goals.
Originally from Queens, Donna graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a BS in Business and a minor in Accounting and Marketing. She lives in Huntington Bay with her husband and two sons in the community of Wincoma. Donna and her husband are members of the Bay Club, and she sits on the Board of Directors of the Wincoma Association.
Donna is excited to share her love of the area and all it has to offer, enjoying the vibrant village, farmer’s markets, watersports, and especially taking her golden retriever to the beach for a swim.
